it has been a hectic week. tue was spent on studying for chem test, well, which was a total failure:( and den wed (last night) was spent on preparing for interact speech.and i'm really happy and relieved that these two things are finally over.
well, i must say i was very worried over my speech since the day i knew tat i had to give speech today. last min change of our ( aly me priscilla) speeches was quite stressful but im thankful for lynn and gen who were there to help me(: im not very confident tat i'll be selected after this round of speeches but im not expecting much out of it either, so nvm (: and im sure tat no matter who gets selected for secretary, the two of them will be able to work well tgt ! ((:
im glad tat aly lynn jaspang and i were able tot get pass the interview rounds and move on to the sort of "final" round. hey girls ! u all did a great job for ur speeches and i hope u all are able to get the post u want! (:
and im grateful for dewei and rachel who came to support us. and all those from my homegroup and ahs peeps who voted for me (: i appreciate it alot !
finally, the speech is over and i can sleep early tonight !
germaine was telling me happily tat she slept very early last night because the major stuff for this week ( ie chem test) are over. well i guess everyone is overloaded wif tutorials tests cca and all. and when we do actually get to sleep early and not having to stay up so late, we feel very happy and satisfied. haix wad to do, we're all suffering under this horrible JC LIFE.
to aly and pris: you guys were great today! the q&a part was quite funny eh! well no matter wad the outcome may be, i know tat we'll still work well tgt ! haha it was great working and "competing" wif u all(: it was a great experience and i think we had "fun" working on our speeches and taking photos.hahaha
